Commitments? No Way!

The word ‘commitment’ may mean different things to different people. For a 15-year-old chap, it may just be a word his girlfriend repeatedly uses to bring some legitimacy to their relationship. For a 25-year-old girl, it could be a decision to get married and for a 35-year-old man, it could mean a decision to quit alcohol. You get the idea. Of course, depending on different situations, decisions may come at different ages for different people. For the record, by no means am I suggesting women should get married at 25 :)

Nonetheless, the fact is that commitment is a big deal and nobody just readily gets into one. We all need time to analyze and take our decision and that is how it should be. But along the way, there are a few things that we must avoid. Some are below,
Arrogance – “It is not my problem and I don’t need to change. I am good the way I am. Also, this is not important to me.” Come on, who are we fooling here? Nobody is perfect and everyone needs to get better. We must always …
